Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears white leather gloves, a white jacket, and tight pants. His white hair is long and unkept. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is obsessed with his god.
History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Norman was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in trident use. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult

He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His auburn hair is cut short. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Through the years after Odo was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Odo's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He wears a violet costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso, and carries greataxes. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. He has amber eyes and a violet hat with a brown feather.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kody was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
