History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Rolf was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spy. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
