History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Norman took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Hubert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Dean wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Dean is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Dean was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Dean's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.
