History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Justin has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A 6'1" northern man, he wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt. His white hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Peter was born with his father's beautiful face. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Geoffrey hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Geoffrey abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and human compassion
