History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Through the years after Randal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Randal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
