History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lance was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and green handkerchief worn on his left side. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Locksmith responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his broad tan hat.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Robert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.
