Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Manfred would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a Animal Trainer, his father struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Bounty Hunter and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
