History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
