Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He takes great joy in being the best Marshal in town.

History: Born to a Sailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Roger was born the youngest of three triplets. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
