History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. After coming to the age of reason, Percival took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
