Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. He has wavy white hair. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Shane is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Shane reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He prefers to wear violet pants and tee shirts. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His head has been shaved. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He worked as a nervous Laborer and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This tall, slender man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull white iron scale mail. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Apothecary responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He dresses like a well dressed Bellfounder does. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Adelard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

Description: An older man who is wearing a tight yellow one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, he is not a threatening figure. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Roger and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Roger discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Roger fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
