History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Gomory is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gomory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
