Description: This late middle aged man wears a simple pastel robe with blue stripes complete with hood and is in decent physical shape. His red hair is cut short. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. John was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He carries a battered shield and tarnished shortbow as well. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a yellow collared shirt and blue pants. He accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has shaved his head bald. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Godfrey reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Weaver.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a weaver and was forced into it by his family

Description: A plain young-adult man, he tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He also hits on men, regardless of circumstances.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. William took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has a crush on the local crown-heir

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Gerard was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shepherd. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
