Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: John lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
