Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Manfred is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Roland has worked very hard to control his curse. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greataxe. His white hair is singed and shortened. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: An older man who wears a black shirt with thin violet vertical stripes and grey pants, he is not a threatening figure. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gerald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is greedy
