Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Percival is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a Unemployed, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
