He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The war was a terrible time for him, and Solomon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Solomon was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is fixated on the number 81. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Bernard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
