History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Randal's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Randal was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Interpreter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: He wears a grey coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Gilbert was born with his mother's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Fletcher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Body Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
