Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Hubert was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He's also a talented Unemployed, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
