History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Chad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 68. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
