History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. His childhood dream was to be a Server, but he was a colossal failure. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Chad was born with his father's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
