Description: 6'4" and muscular, this southern man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance.
