Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Randal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
