Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Justin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ernest does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Ernest was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Robert and his spouse have recently divorced.
