History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Conrad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he wants revenge against illithids
