History: Conrad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Glassblower, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Frederick embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Shane hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
