History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roland does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Alexandre was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently the stress of being a Sellsword has made it difficult for him to sleep.
