History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Painter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Arnold took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'1". He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Gilbert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west to a Shipwright, Gilbert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This late middle aged man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest and is in decent physical shape. His silver hair is knotted and matted. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and further expansion of business
