History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Lance was born with his father's beautiful face. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Lance never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
