History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
