Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Miner mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: An older man who prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He stands about 5'9" and is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
