History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Justin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Hunter and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.
