History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Locksmith soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
