History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
