History: Everard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Dean was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
