Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
