History: Born to a Barkeep, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the east to a Roofer, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero.
