Personality: He is fixated on the number 47. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Robert was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Navigator. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: He stands about 5'6" and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This man stands a little under 6'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a violet coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Ralf is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Gifted from a young age, Richard studied abroad. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality
