Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mortician, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by drow. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
