History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Bertram took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A true patriot, Cory would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gunter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gunter was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
