Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. A true patriot, Chad would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Chad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a Laborer, his father struggled to pay the bills. One day when Arnold was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead.
