His mother taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilbert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
