History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Dustin hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a tan shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a simple tan robe with red stripes complete with hood. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
