His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Cory took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. One day when Kody was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Kody was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
