Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
