History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Trym and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he wants revenge against illithids

History: Born in the west to a Shoemaker, Nicholas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

History: He got into the Body Guard business at a young age. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Trym alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and to be a spice merchant again
