History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has achieved small success as a Brewer.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Shepherd, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'10" when asserting himself. His white hair is cut short. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shepherd who has hired him part-time. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Odo was born with his father's beautiful face. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He tends to his Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Conrad's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Conrad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels kind of lost in life
