History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
