Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dustin isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
