He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a mortician and was forced into it by his family

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
